Qazi Anwar, the founding member of our Chambers, is a distinguished lawyer with a legacy of over five decades in the legal profession. Born in 1939, he began his illustrious career after earning his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Peshawar in 1969. Throughout his career, Qazi Anwar has been involved in numerous high-profile cases, earning a reputation as a formidable advocate and a staunch defender of constitutional rights.
In addition to his extensive legal practice, Qazi Anwar has been actively engaged in the legal community. He has served as the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan, showcasing his leadership and commitment to the legal profession. Currently, he is serving as the President of the Insaf Lawyers Forum, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where he continues to advocate for justice and uphold the rule of law.
In recognition of his social welfare services, Qazi Anwar was awarded the Sitara-i-Imtiaz by the government in 1999. This prestigious honour reflects his dedication not only to the legal field but also to the betterment of society.
